WHO WE ARE:

At the heart of Edwins Don’t Like Peppers is a mother and son duo with a shared mission: to bring people together through the common language of food. Inspired by the legacy of their grandparents, they set out to create a book that not only celebrates food but also empowers the next generation to embrace it as an adventure.  This book is more than a story—it’s a movement. A movement to spark food confidence, curiosity, and connection in children everywhere. 

Food is more than just what we eat—it’s about the people we share it with. Grandpa Edwin understood this deeply, ensuring that family meals were a time of togetherness, laughter, and love. His tradition of gathering over food continues today, reinforcing the idea that mealtime is about more than just nourishment—it’s about creating lasting memories.

Through Edwins Don’t Like Peppers, we hope to inspire kids and families to:
